Forum/server main admins being named

I've decided to twist things a bit. I wasn't going to do this but now I am.

The new lead admin for the forum is Rohail.
The new forum moderator will be Army.
Ramiz will be minipub Admin lead. He will have access to rcon.

Rohail, it's your job to keep posts in order, but don't follow my example, or admin will be removed. you are also allowed to approve or deny new recruits.
Army of One, just troll threads and delete unnecessary posts. That's all I want you to do.

As for the rest of the roster, don't feel left out. You guys will all have access to full admin in the server, whilst Rohail and Army do not. Ramiz gets it because I have named him as Lead server admin.
